I created this gift box for my mom's birthday. It is a wooden cigar box that was purchased at Michaels. I covered it with
K&Co paper which came from a value pack and painted the outside with
Tim Holtz Crackle Paint in
Peeled Paint. The flowers are all from
iamroses.com. On the inside, I used a piece of chipboard trimmed with Maya Road Trim as a divider and adhered it with glue dots to make it sturdy, but removable so that once the tea is gone, she can remove the divider and use it for something else. The butterfly image on the inside lid was purchased from
Petitepaperie on etsy. I just love her digital images and she emailed it to me super quick! The tea inside is from
Teaman on etsy who makes the most fantastic (and reasonably priced) hand blended tea. I love to support small businesses and do so whenever I can.
